All the info on CPU's are available online. But expect to spend months & even years to understand, heck I have studied CPU's for over 20 years & I am still surpized with the amount of information. I can not keep up as CPU's are upgraded all the time so there is to much to remember as speed increases, voltage drops, buss speeds increase & chipsets & memory are improved.
Basicly the CPU is like a brain of a newborn baby with no infomation stored in it, so it has no idea what to do other then to just lay there & do nothing. Another thing CPU's are very slow & general purpose they are design to be programable & multi purpose. So really a video game & even a video card are much smarter then plain CPUs with there very narrow point of view or purpose. Trust me you do not want to know about CPU's cause you will start talking to yourself & anwser yourself to. Yes I did start programming computers along time ago, it was a pain in the ars & its not for everyone. LoL
