I was pushing it when I put ten OSs, the poll mechanism limit. I could drop win 3.1/DOS and add the dual boot, or we could do a seperate poll about dual booting.

Personally I have machines with 3, 4 or even 5 OS's. From DOS/Win 3.x to Win XP, various flavours of Linux, Solaris for intel, OpenBSD, FreeBSD, Xenix and QNX. Well some of these are running in VMWare. Never did do BeOS, would be interesting to try. This is partially to test software, but mostly because its fun, I'm fairly inquisitive.
