I dont have your MoBo but I assume that the FSB is defaulting to a 100 MHz, you will have a find the setting & move it up to 133 MHz. Which could be pins & jumpers on the MoBo or in your CMOS BIOS. BTW the multiplier of 16 should not be changable unless you unlocked your CPU durning installion.
