what I think you should do is,
check and see if your heatsink is installed properly, if it is so, check your bios setting and make sure that everything is normal, because it could be over clocked, another thing you could do is add some ps fans, right now in my tower i have 7 fans all together ( including psu fan )
so if none of that seems to work you may have to purchase a new CPU.
