Hi there. You could try checking that the heat conductive gell between the CPU and heatsink is spread properly. It should be spread evenly over the surface of the CPU and should not be too thick. You just need a layer to make a good contact between the two surfaces. Too thick and it will run hot and too thin and it will also run hot. Also make sure the fan and heatsink are dust free. This can cause heating of the CPU also.
