Are all of your readings coming from the MSI monitoring tool? If so you should reboot it and hop into the BIOS after it hits the high temps. If the BIOS temp sensor reads high temps too it's an airflow problem. If not the your monitoring tool isn't working right, which happens a lot.

Have you felt the heatsink while the machine is running hot? If it's really running at 60C then it'll feel quite hot to the touch. You should also check to make sure none of your cables (IDE, floppy, power etc) are restricting the air flow to/from the heat ssink.
