So I have a HP 8200 external USB burner. I run Win 2000 with 128kRam and Pentium 500 mhz.

I can burn Data without ever underrunning at 4 time speed. My whole HD can be burned. But whenever I try to burn an audio CD it underruns. Even if I only try to burn one 5 second .wav file.
I can't figure it out.

Any thought or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
