Everyone gave you good anwsers & you have cleared the CMOS & set back to normal position.
The only thing not covered is the keyboard try a different one as the are part of the power circuit nowdays. Have you tried the MoBo on a wood or card board surface ?, as you could have a short on a standoff to ground which would stop the MoBo from booting. Also try different RAM
Power good on the PSU I know for sure that power good is just that. The power supply tells the MoBo that the power is good by feeding +5 volts power to the MoBo thru the power good connector after all the voltages (at least 5 volts) are up & stable. If the +5 volts is low that could be the problem but you have tested many different PSU in the different cases so more then likely the MoBo section of power good is bad.
