Usually when I build computers and it acts like this, I remount the motherboard with electrical (non-conductive) tape on the stand-offs. So far I'm batting 1000%. If you just want to check to make sure it works, set the motherboard on it's own box or some various non-conductive surface and run it with the basics attached (video, cpu, ram, power supply, and keyboard). |
