Ok, go into the router's settings, there is no user name, but the pass is "admin". From there, go to advanced settings, Port forwarding, and enter the icq port (found in the icq connection settings), for both tcp and udp. Make sure that you forward the port to you local ip address that the router gives your computer. This can be found by looking, under the advanced settings, for the dhcp(?) clients table, and seeing which one your computer has. If you ever change the port your ethernet cable is connected to however, you will have to re-configure the router.
