fsb only, and the volt mod to the ziff socket should get you a bit more. you should also have an option in the bios to jack the vre a bit anyway, the volt mode just gives you MORE over what the bios options are.

gonna need good cooling on the chip.

got a 1.13 Tualatin running 180FSB here (1530MHZ), but it is a bit newer than your chip, has more headroom.

go for it, it is the only way to find out what you will gey.
