If that is an intel MoBo forget the chance to even OC unless you replace it but (chipsets are used by other MoBo makers). If it is someone else's MoBo you could have a hidden or unmark jumper that could release a hidden part of the CMOS BIOS setup. Now the real deal is the multiplier is locked so the only way to get more CPU speed is by increasing the FSB if you have the right MoBo also MoBo, CPU, CPU voltage, RAM, & the cards plugged in determine how far you can go.
