That's your IP too, because you're sharing a single IP between multiple machines using NAT. Every machine on your network will have a private network IP using a block in the 172.16-32.x.x, 192.168.x.x or 10.x.x.x ranges. If you want your machine to be accessible to others from the internet you will need to move it to a DMZ (if you are using a gateway/router to share the connection) or make your machine the host if you are using ICS. Otherwise, as far as the internet is concerned, your machine does not exist.
