If I set it to 1400(100) it goes to 1.05MHz. If I set it to 1300(100) it works fine. If I set it to 1400(133), it goes to 1.05MHz. If I go to User Define, set the multiplier @ 10.5x like you said, and the bus at 133/44, it reads it as 1400MHz, but then crashes with weird characters all over the screen. Does the voltage have anything to do with it?

I didn't plan on buying an unlocked processor...

Btw, does the RAM have anything to do with this? My RAM is PC100 DIMMs...if I don't have PC133, will that make the difference?
