Athlon T-bird @ 1.4GHz Problems

I just ordered an Abit KT7A and an AMD T-bird @ 1.4GHz from PartsPC.com.

I got a problem though. The motherboard will absolutely refuse to work with it being set at 1.4GHz. The closest I can get to it is 1.3GHz @ 100MHz bus. The 133MHz bus won't even work.

Any ideas?

Also, what are the default settings for an Athlon T-Bird @ 1.4GHz? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
