i have a quick question, i have a maxtor 160gb hd, the bios detects it fine but windows 2000 reports it as 128gb only. i updated the ide drivers...anyone know what could be causing it to misreport the drive size? the drive is brand new and paritioned with the maxtor parition software for the full size that reported it as 160gb. any help would be appreciated. thanx |
