It is something specific to her abode, I am sure.

Two Motherboards with the same problem tells me it is either something at her house interferring with the proper operation or the keyboard or mouse is fubared internally.

i have had keyboards cause all sorts of probs before, I would start looking there.

i have many i could send you, they cost about $5 where i get them, and they work just fine on all my test systems.

you always gets the weirdest problems.
