Stimp,

I gave all my internet programs access in ZA. (Server access as well). Again, it was OK on the install. It was OK on a reboot. But......when you left the machine on, as I do 24/7, and it went into power saving mode, when you came out of it, it would connect to the ISP, (I use two different ones because they are both up half the time), none of the programs would function. (Unable to access or connect to the web address or email programs would not be able to connect to the server).
It did this on two different computers. I have no explaination other than a person telling me on MS newsgroups that the "True Vectoring" in Zone Alarm did that to him on his PtP network. He was right. Norton firewall and McAfee firewall work for me. Too bad about ZA. I love that program but can't use it on my XP machines.
Sorry for the lenght of the post!
