Right click on the ZA icon you have in your Startup folder and select properties. On the Shortcut Tab, go down to the line labeled Target. You will notice "C:\Program Files\Zone Labs\Zone Alarm\zonealarm.exe" -nopopup. Add -nosplash after nopopup and never be hasseled by those damn things again. It works with a lot of other programs as well.
