Presario for Games

My brother is trying to get a computer to play games on. He currently has a computer he's having alot of problems with. He's in Florida and I'm in AZ or I'd build him one. He's looked at a compaq presario thats a 1.26 gig celeron, 128 meg of ram, 20 gig hard drive and integrated agp graphics. He wants to play Janes flight simulators. I know the integrated graphics suck but will they do until he can get a decent vid card. His only complaint with his old computer was that the games were a little slow, and that was a cele 433, will this compag do the job for him? I don't know the specifics of the presario but will the Celeron 1.2 gig be OK?
