A GF4 Ti4200 (should retail for about $150-200) or a GF3 Ti200 (I have one, got it for $130, fine card). Had I known the GF4 Ti4200 was going to come out a week later I'd have waited on my purchase. Still, I can run RtCW at 1280X1024 and it looks fine. I still run at 1024X768 for online though. Smooth as butter.
