Ben do you realize just how much graphics this game has? The original game is small, not alot going on but you add LL, HP and then Hot Date with a Downtown area with Sims running everywhere and then add Vacation with action up the gazoo in it......Sims running everywhere all those vactioners and wala...video stall out. Factor in I have 2.9 meg of game stuff in here and it just came to a grinding halt in XP. Just got done firing it up with 256 meg setting in Video Aperture. Wahoo! It's finally moving rather nicely in the game. I just won the war I think. Well I hope anyway, but it's going quite well at the moment. Still can't get the load time reduced, but when it gets into the game it's much, much, much smoother.
