A 57 MB file, (halflife update) but one of the more reliable servers.. My buddies on DSL only get 162k/sec (it averages out very nicely, it barely varies 2-3k a second after a short while) whereas I get about 532-545k a second.. this is in kilobytes, not bits.
(you may want to use a proggie like "DUmeter" to get accurate readings)
