Thanks but I finally got to talk to her some tonight about it. The machine locked up going into winders. First she tried safe mode, got there but no mouse (USB) came out and rebooted into windows and it locked. Just about enough time to kill the processor. They heat up fast w/o the HS/fan attached. then she opened the case and saw what had happened. Like your expecting this? So she's going to upgrade him as soon as she can. Probably early May. Probably wouldn't boot right because of that loose capacitor, then messing around took just long enough.
