It'll wipe and a new array will be built...if you wanna keep your stuffs then Ghost the current RAID to 1 large IDE and ghost the IDE back when you Highpoint RAID is set.
BTW I know this will prolly Bum you (not as bad as the Dragon) but Shuttle just released version2 of your MoBo which includes the VIA333 chipset.
