You left out a poorly seated video card. Also your memory fit problem from the start scares the hay out of me. Also with power on problems the way the CMOS setup is set could change things & even the keyboard can affect this circuit to.
But your problem also points to something not connecting well, as warm the chances of working is better so I would reseat everything & make sure it goes back into the right place level or straight. This will not work if you have a cold soldier joint thou. If that fails I would look @ what was bad in the first place the memory itself or the MoBo memory controller.
