This might not help him, but since I haven't really seen or worked with a P4 board up close, the extra power connector on the newer ATX power supplies (4 pins), these are for the P4 boards correct?
IIRC I read that the P4 uses alot of current and these were to help the power supply to the board cope with the added draw. Is this correct? If so is it mandatory, like will it even boot? (for my own information).
