Well it took two days to power back up. Evidently there was a reset switch in the PS and it took that long to reset.
Now I did run into a Gateway that had a similar problem.It would randomly reboot and then not turn back on.Then it would turn on and then reboot, etc. Ended up being the front case switch connectors.Gateway uses crappy push on's and over time they had worked themselves loose. So I had to take off the front of the case, and push the connectors back on. (The Main Power Button). It was ok at the mainboard connection but not at the push button on the front of the case. Far as I know that fixed it. He hasn't brought the hateful thing back over here. LOL
