Been here 2 years and haven't had any computer die from brownout so I don't know that it's so much an electrical hell in a consistent manner.

I didn't watch the fans. When it was started it was booting just like normal but would just power off randomly. I would check the fans but I'm afraid to turn it back on, cause I don't want a bad PS to ruin other components. Think we'll just get a new power supply before doing anything else.
