O.K. I got the "Security" tab. I can set security for files and folders. I set "Program Files" to enable users, this let most all work fine. Still have to make major settings changes as Admin (as it should be).
Couple of problems. (of course)
Microsoft Messanger Service (shut up you ) will NOT launch from a limited user. I have it's file and folder set up, and I have set it to "Run As" admin. If I launch it from a limited user, all I get is an hourglass for a second or so.
Also, and probably related, Outlook Express takes about 40 seconds to launch from a limited user. I can't disable "Log on to MMS" because the box is gone in limited user.
This sounds like result of using a reg hack to remove MMS.
I tried enabling full control of "windows" folder as well, didn't help.

Well? Ideas? Abuse?
