WinXP Pro Multi Users still no go.

You've heard me say it before ---- "this was fun."

O.K. Formatted HD, installed 98se and XP Pro Corporate.

Set up two accounts on XP:
1 Admin w/password
2 User w/No Password

Shut down, boot, installed RC5 as Admin. Logged off, back on as User. Launch RC5.

Exact same result as before - "Access Denied" when it's trying to load "buff in".

Oh, installed my modem on 98 (blasted multi function thing is a bitch. Kills the sound on 98. I dunno.....). Anyway, I installed it so I could go online and get WinUpdate for shutdown and IDE HD updates. Worked fine.
Reboot back into XP, modem no work! "No dial tone". Beep beep beep.
Did all normal. uninstall, test, change wires, check dial tone, reboot ad nauseum. All to no avail.
Went back to 98 to test it. Beep beep beep beep...... no dial tone!
Desperation, I unplug it and plug it back in.
Dial tone.

Anyway, any help on my multiUser problems? Maybe it's something with XP Pro Corporate?
