If you want the special price, why shouldn't you have to jump through the hoops? Why should MS have to cut them a deal on the OEM OS license if they are going to promote another company's products? It's not that MS said they couldn't install Windows, just that they couldn't get the insanely low price that MS was licensing it to them.

You can't have your cake and eat it too... or something.
