This is what happens to my brother's computer when it loads...
During the boot up right after it reads the memory slots( something like dimms 1,2),

it gives this message and doesn't load any further: "error loading operatiing system"

I would format and reinstall but it doesn't reach the boot drives, only think I can go into is the BOIS.

Does he need to bring it to a shop?
