Just nuke anything that's in the cookie folder in windows, and delete all cached stuff in windows/temporaryinternetfiles etc.

Have you looked in your add/remove programs? Is there anything suspicious there? Also, run regcleaner (freeware) it will look for recently installed software and then you can choose to remove it from there.
