yeah, using morpheus that's all I ever see is 128kb mp3's, so I quit using it and use winMX I see 320kb ones all day long. And the trick to the speed issue is when you do a search and find something in WinMX is to "ping on screen results"
because a lot of peeps hide their cable+ behind the setting "14.4kbs modem" but if you are pinging 50ms to them you know better. Just did this the other day, found what I was looking for and the dudes connection said 14.4, pinged it came back around 75ms, started the transfer and hit 78KB/s
