Okay as far as I can tell, this version and firmware of the DirectJet doesn't support DHCP. Although I'm not a big networker or know too much about protocols, I did get it to work with Jetadmin and manually assigning addresses to both the computer and the printer.
My question is how should I go about addressing about six computers and two of these printers? Then how will this affect one or two of these computers going online?
There are the following addresses within the printer needed as follows: IP, Subnetmask, Def Gateway, Syslog Server.
Recomendations?
