Need help - plz

I am getting contant blue screens and can't install any OS.

I bought a new HDD (barracuda 40gig) and this has not helped. I have taken eveything out of my pc, oly my ram, processor and vid card remain.

I am getting error after error, and this has happened just fairly recently.

I was wondering if i flashed my bios if that would help..?

I have a 1.4 tbird and a abit kg7. Its powered by 250watts, but has been stable for about 7 months until now...

I'm very confused... need help urgently..
