Re: Network Printer Install

I've followed HPs information on protocol to the letter, especially with IPX in which not much is needed and the printer accepts it's address through the newtwork.
If the computer and printer are capable of seeing each other through the network, I'm assuming some sort of communication is happening. But I agree it's something in that line of reasoning, since the "mode" and "configuration" don't match. I don't have the manuals so most of what I'm getting is over a search engine. Maybe Monday when everyone gets back, there might be someone who still works with these printers who can assist. Thanks.
