According to the manual the board has the following pin out;
Top=USB3 or 5
Grnd Grnd USBD3+ USBD3- +5V (Pin 1)
+5V USBD2- USBD2+ Grnd Grnd
Bottom= USB4 or 6

On the adapter from the other case I've got:
9 7 5 3 1
0 8 6 4 2
0=no pin
So it looks as if I'm missing the 5 volt pin for USB4 and 6 (?)
