VB6 you could probably actually learn in 24 hours. It's a real j@ckoff language compared to the more complicated ones. It's certainly not the most powerful language on the planet, and you rely an awful lot on MS's runtimes, for all the graphics, controls, etc....but the actual programming part is really easy.
Admittedly, there's a lot more to it than what you can learn in 24 hrs, but you can do some quite useful things in that amount of time.
