I think you are fine. The V5 does not support real AGP4X and is not DX8 enabled either which disables some of the benchmarks (correct me if I am wrong but I don't think you can run the Nature scenes and certainly not the vertex and pixel shaders).
The V5 is the bottleneck in your system but you are looking at the worst benchmark for that card, too.
