Not sure what you are asking. If you are talking about the actual video files, when you use cdrwin to burn the cd it will fit on a 700meg cdr most likely. I've seen many bin files that burn fine on a 700meg cd.
If you are talking about putting the actual bin file on one cd then you can't do that. You could use winrar to break it up into smaller files and copy them to a cd. I had to do that with a vcd movie once. The actual movie was 2 cd's but the bin was bigger than one cd so using winrar I was able to get it backed up using 3 cds. Another thought might be a backup program like Ghost. I've never used it but I would assume you could put all the bin's in one directory and then back it up using ghost. Like I said, I've never used ghost so that might not work.
