I agree on most fronts with your opinions.
I think that home use licensing should be different than business or corporate use. (As a seller or user).
Would I personally pay more for an OS if it were tagged with an "up to 5 machine use" for home users?
Yes!
Would unscrupuless people take advantage of it. Yes!
Will it happen? No!
Pirates and A**holes will always drive the price of everything up and ruin opertunity for the majority of law abiding people. (Go to your drawer and look at your car insurance policy).
This is something that comes with living in a democracy. (Please pardon my spelling but it rolled off my brain too quickly).
