I fought for two days trying to get the SBL away from the video card to no avail. Then I read it does not matter with XP or WIN2K. everything runs AOK. So I left it alone. Andy said moving his NIC to a different slot helped tho, even though the IRQ's didn't change. Wasn't as sluggish.
