From the various reviews I have read, the P4/DDR scores even with P4/RDR in some applications and a little slower in others, and the P4/RDR scores about even with the AXP/DDR in some applications and a little slower in others.

You can probably extrapolate the P4/DDR-AXP/DDR results from there

Keep in mind, too, that the P4 was designed for a dual-channel Rambus architecture, the Athlon was not. The P4 can actually use the bandwidth provided by the two channels, and the two channels do a credible job of masking Rambus' latency issues.

I'm betting that the Athlon would do "all right" with a well-designed dual-channel Rambus chipset, but that it would probably be a bit slower than DDR. But I'm not a chip architect, that's just an educated guess based on the various articles and whitepapers I have read
