Has that mainboard been tested before? I have had the CMOS problem on one board, but I had NADA, Zilch...nothing. The one time I had all the fans running and no beeps, it ended up being the mainboard was bad. Altho a video card can do the same thing.Mine will do this once in awhile, but It seems to maybe be the monitor hook up. If I keep hitting the power switch, then finally it'll beep and be on it's merry way. When I had a processor fry out, I did get video, but that was it.Get to the ram count and end. Anything else you can test the processor on? Also check how you have the Ram installed, usually you get beeps, but I have had it just sit there and do nothing.Andy's Asus went into a Euro Alarm sound, with a bad stick of Crucial on it, but not all boards have that alarm. Fans would run, but Nada beyond that.
After trying everything you can think of, then you'll just have to check everything on another board til you can zero in on it.
