When you start Nero, start the wizard. Make sure there is a dot in the "Compile a CD" circle, then click "next". On the next screen make sure there is a dot in the "Other CD formats" circle,then click "next". On next screen make sure there is a dot in the "Create CD from an image file", then click "next". Click "Finish" and you will be presented with a screen to open the ISO file, point Nero to the location of the file. Finally you will get a "Foreign Image settings" box, use the default values they give.
Click OK, then I would recommend "test and burn" before you actuall burn. Hope this helps, good luck.
