Thanks for the great advice,Sledge. I use Zone Alarm and was reluctant to say yes to letting this program access the internet. I clicked on more info. In there was a suggestion to search for the file name in Google.com.
Once I had a little more info, at least I knew where the file came from. I ended up using McAfee's Uninstaller program to remove it, as it searches the registry as well, and delets the file(s) in there as well.
