I am trying to figure out how to upgrade an old AT form factor box as cheaply as possible so it can run a bit quicker for wordprocessing duties or proxy or something.

Is it easy to get AT boards, and are there any recommended, or is this a bit late in the day for AT ? I had a look around but could not find any.
