So you do have a P I @ 233 MHz with an AT PSU (no X in yours). ATX PS's are very different they have a 3.3 volt you are missing & the power off line. In fact that case maybe a AT type also screw layout & MoBo shape is different then an ATX type. There was a couple of MoBo's that could do either PS's thou I do not remember what they are or made by whom, but they are limited to like a P2 or something like that. You could try a repost of this question or scrap the whole idea & or just buy new.

The second PSU trick is for people who leave there
case open & do not care about looks & safty or have a hugh case. Really only recommended for testing or a short fix till more money comes in.
& will not help you with your problem here. But that AT PSU could help out an over worked ATX PSU
in the future (well maybe).
